Born practically with pen in hand, Eike has been involved in creative endeavours for his entire life. His other big passions include the study of nature, alive and extinct, and the world of the unseen. In his fantastic paintings, he puts these three into the service of exploring the borderlands of the mind, where the edge between self and world blurs and the symbolic takes the place of the concrete.
